What Buildocrat does
- Price Lock: lock today's price for cement, steel and other key materials for an agreed period, secured with an activation deposit from 10% of order value depending on customer type. Materials are delivered to site on your schedule.
- Material stockpiling plans (3, 6 and 12 months): accumulate cement and blocks gradually while Buildocrat stores them, avoiding storage, spoilage, theft and inflation.
- Free material estimation from your building drawings.
- Withdrawal and delivery to sites across Nigeria, typically within 24 hours.
- The Nigeria Construction Rate Book: free, weekly-checked prices and BoQ unit rates.
