Weekly refresh: naira steady at N1,333/$ (CBN NFEM, 14 Oct; week's closes N1,331.50-1,333.55; imported items unchanged); petrol Abuja N1,385 -> N1,405/L (NNPC N1,405, MRS and AA Rano N1,409-1,410 after the 10-11 Oct rise); LPG reconfirmed at N1,100/kg (depots N980-1,170). Diesel left at N1,870/L: Dangote gantry rose N1,700 -> N1,800 on 10 Oct but no dated Abuja pump price was found. Cement, rebar, roofing, 9-inch block, sand and granite unchanged (no fresh dated Abuja source). No LOW lines upgraded.

Plant hire re-priced on purchase-price evidence (about 1%/day of replacement value) checked against Nigerian oilfield hire bands: Generator 20kVA (diesel) N35,000 -> N55,000/day; Generator 60kVA (diesel) N70,000 -> N95,000/day; Generator 100kVA (diesel) N110,000 -> N130,000/day; Generator 250kVA (diesel) N220,000 -> N240,000/day; Generator 500kVA N400,000 -> N600,000/day; Welding generator 400A (diesel) N45,000 -> N80,000/day; Air compressor 375cfm with 2 breakers N120,000 -> N260,000/day; Air compressor 750cfm N250,000 -> N500,000/day; Air compressor 900cfm (diesel) with hoses and accessories N300,000 -> N600,000/day; Mobile crane 100t N2,000,000 -> N2,500,000/day. The 25% single-source limit was waived for this change at Kola's request.

Added oil & gas support equipment lines (LOW, judgement, verify with quotes): 900cfm air compressor N300,000/day; 100t mobile crane N2,000,000/day; TIG welding set N18,000/day; electric welding set N12,000/day; 6-inch diesel flushing pump N80,000/day; three scaffold hire kits (tubes 4m, tubes 3m+2m with couplers, boards and fittings) and a scaffolder/rigger tool kit. 400cfm compressor, 100 and 250kVA generators and diesel welding generator were already listed.

Restored from artifact: the 5 Oct and 6 Oct refreshes (naira, diesel, petrol, LPG, Dangote and BUA cement, 9-inch block, four aluminium roofing lines, 2.5mm2 cable), which had been published but not saved to the repo. Follow-up check found no new dated Abuja evidence for the cement average, rebar, sharp sand or granite, and no dated source to upgrade LOW plumbing or long-reach excavator lines; no further price changes.

Cement average, rebar, sand and granite unchanged (no fresh Abuja source). Also saves the 5 Oct refresh (Dangote/BUA cement), which had been published but not saved to the repo.

Cement average, rebar, diesel, LPG, blocks, sand and granite unchanged (no new Abuja-dated evidence).

Added 207 construction equipment purchase prices (new and used): excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, rollers, pavers, asphalt and batching plants, tippers, low-beds, cranes, forklifts, concrete pumps, block machines, crushers, drill rigs, compressors, generators, pumps, dredgers, vessels, piling rigs and survey instruments.

v3: added 457 materials, tools and test services, 47 labour grades, 46 plant items and 170 composite rates covering oil & gas pipelines, piling, bridges, ports and reclamation, railways, power, water and sewerage, fire, HVAC, lifts, ICT and industrial buildings. Imported items now track the naira-dollar rate.
